Contest Overview
Greetings for the NRLW grand final! This competition has developed substantially and improved yearly, from just four teams back in 2018 to a considerably larger 12 teams. Remarkably, we still ended up with the Roosters and Broncos in the title match, exactly like back in 2018.
The two sides have been exceptional throughout the campaign – Sydney remains undefeated in 2025 and the Broncos have lost only one game. Both sides feature star players across the park and each is fully equipped of claiming victory when performing well.
The last matchup between them occurred in round three – earlier this season – when Sydney achieved a tight triumph by only four points. In that game, Sydney began powerfully, established a substantial break margin, before Brisbane launched a final period fightback. Olivia Kernick scored a crucial final touchdown to secure the victory for the reigning champions in an entertaining encounter. Should the two sides repeat that performance from their last encounter, viewers will witness a magnificent game today.
Given the anticipation coming up, the action commences!
